The government could make a fortune if they legalized it and taxed it.

Based on the HUGE trade deficit in the drug market, and the dollars spent fighting a losing war against drugs, and illeagal sales funding gang activity, I say let's make ALL drugs leagal and controlled like booze. Sure some folks will overdose initially, but after a while things will calm down.

Yes i think it should be legal cause then they could control the amount and it could be taxed and that. BUT.....sheesh they make way to much money off it with it being illegal. They catch people take thier money and do whatever with it and then they throw them in jail and we pay for them to be there.... That is why it wont be legal the make to much off of it.

Absolutely, the laws of a free state should be here to protect us against each other when and if we tresspass , not to protect us from ourselves. The body is my temple and I should ,as an adult, reign jurisdiction there exclusively. Our current laws are paternalistic and counter to self-determination, which includes life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
and yes, they could tax the hell out of it ..not to mention taking the rough trade off the street corners

Yes, there is no way to stop people from growing or using a plant, governments may as well give it up.

Either that or decrimalized, it is a shame to put otherwise good citizens in jail for using pot. Get a record and if they are dealing they can take everything. It is just wrong.
