So at a local petty store the owners nephew started working as a cashier. He's hot. But my friends and other girls have been dressing extra skimpy and inappropriately to try get his attention. Thin shirts no bra, etc etc. So i guess the owner or maybe even the guy put up a sign. It basically says that if your breast, butt cheeks or belly button is visible you will not be allowed entry into the store or served.
i laughed in my bf face when she got kicked out of the store (it wast done rudely but she was hell of embarrased) she just cut up one of her new jeans into pum-pum shorts. I didn't think there was anything wrong with having a dress code its like a no shoes no shirt policy. But after i bought the snacks and stuff and we were walking home she was like 'you cant do it to people who were hijab so you cant do it to me cause i'm wearing short pants'

A store can refuse entry for anyone for any reason that is not proscribed by law. For example you can't ban someone because they are of a particular religion or colour.

But the store can decide what decent dress is. Plenty of stores operate a "no shirt, no service" policy.

They can operate a "dress like a hoe and we don't serve you" policy.

You're not allowed to discriminate against people based on their religious preferences. Islam is a widely known religion, sort of like Christianity. Sort of like Judaism. You can't kick somebody out for wearing a Yamaka either.

But dressing like a hoe, is not because of your religious preference.

In fact, ironically enough, it's exactly the opposite of religion – it is a Satanic, lustful, greedy, and sexually immoral way of thinking which drives a girl to degrade her body in order to get sexual male attention from a hot tall guy out of her league.

Legally and socially, the store owner has a complete right to do that. Don't like that? Then don't shop there

yes a store can refuse service if you are dressed inappropriatly

A hijab is part of religious or cultural attire, so, it is illegal discrimination to kick someone out for wearing that.

dressing like a slut is not a protected class.

Your bf is wrong, if she wants to dress like she is trying to make a living selling her body then no business needs to accept her as a customer...in fact she could cover herself head to toe and be refused, no business is forced to "do" business with anyone

Any store can refuse service.

They may find a shortage of customers however.
