This dude going to report me to fraud, scared..:(?

So if you need a story check my last question, but this dude says he's going to report me for online fraud and the police if I don't give him my virtual items. But I can't do that unless I get my package he sent me. Still didn't get it, and he's demanding it now even though I dont have the package. He's going to report me for fraud and ****. Should I be scared?
