I'm being a sneak, private investigator and just down right nosey!?

Question

Do any of you know sneaky or tricky ways(legal of course) to investigate someone privately? I would pay a private investigator but, this way sounds like so much more fun.

Anything you can get online or through the county courthouse (sometimes for a fee) i.e. criminal history, divorce, buying of property is public info in most states

I think Smile W has the right way. But be careful. If the person even suspects you are invading privacy, you could easily be landed with one heck of a lawsuit.
