Should I file a complain against a police oficer?

I get pulled over by a cop, since my U-turn is improper. He asked my driver license, registration, insurance.
After awhile,he called me to step out the car, I followed his instructions, and then he notice me to go on the street. But then later he grabbed my arm without saying anything, I moved forward subconsciously. He grabbed my arm the second time and I thought he was leading me to the street. Since I am a little nervous, confused and upset at the moment (He did not let me explain my situation as an international student) , I throw away his arm ( I know this is no good).
Then, He gets mad and said " you dare XXX!"
And then He gets into my back and push my back( near waist) several times, then I stand still, and he yelled at me and asked do I have any weapons and searched my body without my consent.
bunch of shits happen later....

Should I file a complain base on the following reasons?

1, He intimidate me to sign the citation (he said if I do not sign it, I will get into jail) He also pretend he is going to pull out his police stick.
2. He did not asked my consent very clearly to search my car ( I have property and money in my car and I dunno whether he steals it or not)
3. He grab my penis suddenly, and he did not asked my consent for body search.
4. He pushed my back/body violently

I know I violated the law by driving with an expired license, but I guess it is not a criminals acts? Is he being too aggressive?

You can try, I'm not sure what country you're in. In America the police can search you, it's called a Terry Search, in case you have a weapon. Especially because you threw his arm away, it was right for him to do that. You can protest the citation, but you were in the wrong so it won't make a difference. The only thing I can see here being in violation is the search of your car. Im not sure what the reason for it was, but your car has less rights then your house. It can be searched much easier and for less reasons. Police have dash cameras that would have captured at least the majority of what happened. You could go ask them to look at it, but I don't think you really have a solid case.

Go for it. Police often abuse their power and it's sickening, it needs to be stopped. In this world not much will happen to that police officer, i doubt he'll be fired or suspended or anything, however it's worth a try and justice needs to be served.
