This should be easy to understand, but I will break it down anyway:
1. It is illegal to kill certain species of animals because they are endagered. That is to say, if we are allowed to kill them, there are so few that it could potentially eliminate the species completely.
2. It was outlawed to kill slaves because they are humans or people, which constitutes murder....murder is against the law.
3. Abortion is legal because there are circumstances that make it a resonable (and even fair) solution. I agree that there should be a law preventing abortion as a form of birth control, but it should be allowed for, say for example, a 12 year-old girl who has been impregnated by her father..or....a victim of rape that resulted in a pregnancy. In my opinion, you can't just make it illegal across the board because there are circumstances where I would support the ability to have the choice.
I consider myself to be a conservative republican, but I do not belive that abortion should be allowed to be a choice for people who decide, for whatever reason, they don't want a child, but should be allowed for the victims (both women and young girls) of terrible circumstances.
Thanks for listening....Take care.
