I don't agree with paying for child support and my divorce was really bad

I was suppose to play in a band but now I have to work st McDonnalds to pay off my child support

What can I do to recover money from children ?

My wife says that I can't do anything but I don't believe her at all because she told me that my life sucks

There's nothing you can do. Suing your kids will just make yourself look bad to the court. Unfortunately she can extort money from you until they are the age of majority.

Good news is that they are basing your support off of a McD's job. This will save you hugely. Now go get a good paying job under the table and keep Mds as your main source of income, don't reduce hours and on't tell ANYONE. Don't report the other job and be stealthy about it. Use that gig for your good income and let them base their support (i.e. extortion) off of the crumby job. In them meantime maybe the band thing will pan out if you get in with the right guys. They always pay under the table and with beer so that's cool.

Think construction, farm labor, delivery, cleaning services etc. Keep this new money out of the banks so they can never prove you got it. Don't even cash it at your bank, cash it where drawn from only. If you need to keep the funds securly put it on prepaid cards or in travelers checks, anything to keep it from leaving a trail. It's simple and you have a good opportunity. Just be cautious and do it right. I have known guys that did this until they got off of support. Another bonus is you won't have to pay medical on them.

I know it sucks but you are actually setting ok, make a good move next and you'll help yourself out of this hole.

you will have a much better chance of recovering every cent you have ever payed in taxes

you brought the children into the world you have an obligation to ensure they reach adulthood and as such you have to provide for them

Your children have no money. Child support is paid to the custodial parent, not the child. On top of that, a minor cannot be sued, period... you would have to sue your ex-wife. Which, given that the court has already ordered you to pay her the support, I suspect you'd be laughed out of the courtroom and fined for wasting the court's time.

Have fun flipping those burgers.

There is a legal obligation for parents to support children.

I know of no legal theory under which a parent would recover money which had been paid to meet this obligation.

That is stupid. You can't get the money back. You made the kid, you support the kid. The only way to recover the money is to claim it on your taxes. You were old enough to father the kid, be a man and support them.

You can't. Did you have to pay your mom or dad back any money they spent on raising you? I don't think so. You must pay because your kids need to live. In order to live they must have food, water etc. I'm sorry but yourlife does suck. i would hate to be an adult with 2 kids busting *** at Mcdonalds.

You'd be suing your EX for it, since the money was given to her to pay for the costs of racing children.

You are a victim of the most vile and disgusting institution in the US. As such you are no longer a first class citizen. Your right to free speech has been taken away, your right not to be imprisoned for unpaid debts has been taken away. The only hope you have is that one day your youngest child will turn 18 and you will never again have to give that greedy vindictive whore another dime!

Champions of this vile and disgusting institution will always disagree with the truths written above!
