Can't you sort mail based on the name written on the envelope? I'm pretty sure you can do that without having to open the mail itself.

Opening someone else's mail is illegal, if not unethical.

Its not legally, can you open mail of a nieghboor, family, friend or if mail comes to your home that has been misaddressed, or placed in your home mail box by mistake.

But as a mail sorter in a company its your job! You can on behave of the company you are working for!

REturning it to the placed up workplace is ineffective in the event that they have not got the recipients handle. in case you know their handle, you are able to mail the exams to them and clarify what passed off in any different case enable or no longer that's. exams that are no longer cashed with the aid of a undeniable months would be nullified and the want attempt to be sure from the recipients why and what passed off and that they are going to tell them that they did no longer obtain the exams. The sender can then re-deliver the exams to them.

Not unless you have the other person's express permission. I would want it in writing if someone asked me to open it for them, unless they were right there with me.

You can if it is part of your duty in the office. I'm sure your supervisor is not going to tell you to do something that is illegal.
