Urgent legal advice for car insurance compensation?

Hi! All

I had small car accident with a taxi on the Sydney Harbour Bridge 4 month ago.
I admited the fault and made a claim to my car insurance company. but they have delayed compensation to the taxi company over 5month. but I didn`t know how it was going on their dealing.. Finally, I have got a letter which is about under managemnt by our local court about our attachment of property and fine.
Because the taxi company want get competsation from me. I already pay the payment for that claim and my insurance company agreed to pay the compensaton for.
what should I do for my situation.
please give me legal advice.

Check your provinces law.



Under California law if you have insurance you are NOT obliged to pay anything if you get in an accident. Although the counter insurance agenccy and or taxi may go after you for compensation, you don't have to give them a dime and you can file for harrassment if they continue to do it.
