I recently requested a state patch for employment (background check) and it says it was completed but there’s nothing there but the words “no items found” what does this mean?

Patch? Never heard of it. But “no items found” just means no criminal history.

A licensing agreement, or license agreement, is a contract between the owner of a patent, brand, or trademark and someone who needs to use the registered or trademarked goods and services. The license grants permission to the licensee and includes stipulations. The licensee must honor these guidelines.
