Who is the more wicked criminal Josef Fritzl or Kate McCann?

We look at the mounting evidence against Josef Fritzl, that he planned his underground dungeon from the time his daughter was 12 years old.

There are no stupid cries of "innocent until proven" guilty here.

So with a trial approaching Kate McCann, just as certainly as one approaches Fritzl, which one do you think is the more evil??

Frizl you would say has to be selfish and depraved bejond belief, and will plead insanity.

Kate McCann you have to say has to be selfish and depraved bejond belief AND she killed her own daughter on the evening on May2/3 according to all the police gathered evidenceso far.

Then she launched on a huge fraud to mak money from the situation.

How will she plead do you think.? In the time honoured Scouse way that its someone else's fault.??

Lock then both up and throw away the key, but lets have a long and humiliating trial first.....

You have made some very serious allegations, and whether you are right or wrong, and I have my own views, you are not comparing like for like, and I think you know that and are looking to sentionalise two cases which really don't need any more attention.



You obviously haven't read many details of either story or you wouldn't even make the comparison. What does concern me is you are waiting for ' a long and humiliating trial'.



The need for any trial is distressing, and believe me I am not a 'do-gooder', the mere fact that anyone has suffered should make you want the 'guilty' people to plead exactly that. Your statement that Kate McCann 'killed her own daughter on the evening of May 2/3' appears to me that you have charged and convicted her, no evidence has been shown that this is the case, nor has she been arrested or charged. So who is selfish and depraved here? Who is insane and evil? I agree

Josef Fritzel is a man who defies belief, who appears to know he has committed appalling crimes, but we are not Judge and Jury, and this man cannot and should not be compared on the same page as Kate McCann.



I would suggest you stop your rantings, which have no legal evidence supporting them and only fan flames, which is being done very adequately by the gutter press.



You should be ashamed for writing such things without any evidence to support your theories, because at the end of the day that's all they are.

Although I can see where the questioner is coming from in someway!I believe everyone is innocent until proven guilty!The two cases are entirely different!In the Fritzl case you have the evidence pure and simple!In the McCann case most of the evidence is pure inuendo at this time!But I keep coming round to this question!Would any responsible parent leave their child alone?Whilst they are having a ,night out on the town'with friends!To me as a layman A lot of things just do not add up!But where is the evidence to launch a conviction?Again everyone is innocent until proven otherwise!

Well it is obviously Fritzl. They are about to drop the case against the McCanns because there is no evidence and that money donated to them was to help them in finding her but I do think they shouldn't have been using it to pay their mortgage. Fritzl intended to hurt his daughter and their children I'm sure if Kate McCann did kill her daughter that she didn't intend to and she didn't make her suffer.

Kate McCann is just a suspect and it does not mean she is guilty. This is not the way for you or anybody to add to a suspects trauma . How would you feel if she is eventually proved to be innocent of all charges? Someday perhaps YOU will be accused of something you are not guilty of. I hope that day comes soon for You. To be honest i dont think i would really like to answer in the concept of who is most evil.
