Call a Social Security fraud office. Look it up on the Internet to find a local one. You can also report the under-the-table work to the IRS.

Just realize that a person can collect Disability and still work a bit without it being fraud. Also, most people try to live lives that are as normal as possible, so the fact that your neighbor has good days or can do occasional projects doesn't mean he isn't incapacitated and sufferring.

You can collect money on top of your SS Disability income as long as you tell them and it doesn't go over a certain limit.

You drive him to the doctors, acting like a friend, and snoop in his house , take secret videos, and then write this?

With friends like that, I feel sorry for him.

I believe you could start out with a phone call to social services to find out the number for the SSI Disability disbursement. If you know whether or not he has a case worker, you could turn in the footage to him or her or see if there is an anonymous tip line you could call. Good luck!

Social Security disability allows recipients to earn up to $700 per month. As long as your neighbor is reporting the income, he's not committing any type of violations.

If he has epilepsy, then he shouldn't have a driver's license. But if he has epilepsy, he would probably be eligible to collect disability based on this condition - regardless of whatever act is he putting on for the doctors.

Notify the doctors and show the doctors the video. If he is committing fraud, then rubbing the noses of the doctors into the situation will get their attention.
