I had appeared in front of the judge on a case which I had filed in small claims court. I was suppose to asked the judge for a continuance until I receive the paperwork that I requested from Medical. I talked to everybody else in the court about it but not the judge. I was unprepared to explain my case at that time expecting to do it at a later date. Nevertheless, I stood up and answered all of the judge's questions and only handed him picture's that were submitted as evidence without any explanations to them. I was never asked anything about my injuries nor was able to submit any paperwork that I did have.During my testimony I had gotten cotton mouth so bad I couldn't even speak to say anything on my behalf.(and the judge knew it too) Nor was given the opportunity to do so. The next thing I knew the judge says that he'll mail us his decision on the ruling then immediately we were being rushed out of the court room it was over and done with just like that.

You need to get a lawyer. Which is what you should have done to begin with. He may be able to file an appeal. You might be able to file a claim in Civil court.
