Is it legal to kill people who designed MS Windows 10?

I wonder about this... they force us to upgrade to new versions, which then don t work with critical software, and then ask us to reboot our computers during life-changing tasks. Then when I Desperately need something to work there s a bug that needs to be fixed and no fix in sight. So is this justifiable homicide? It s not like I asked to upgrade, if I had my way I would still be running windows 3.1, the last stable build. But since they forced me into a situation where I was under duress and pressured into violence to vent my frustration, do you think legal people would understand?

MS didn't FORCE you to upgrade to Win 10.

At the end of the day, that was YOUR decision!!

In fairness, point an accusing finger in your own direction.

As a matter if interest:

You just might, repeat MIGHT get some help or advice

if you describe what these "critical software" issues are .... Hmm?

In any event, you can revert back to your previous OS within 30 days,

if YOU so decide!!

Your choice! No one else's!

There IS something called LTSB - Long term service branch. If you choose that branch of Windows 10 (which is designed for life critical systems, like those monitoring a patient in hospital, or controlling a nuclear plant), then you will be certain of the state of your system.

It's hardly Windows Engineers fault that YOU have chosen to upgrade!

Feel free to switch to Slackware, Android, iOS, FreeBSD, CentOS, Fedora, Debian, OpenSUSE, DragonFly... At any time. Else your free to develop your own operating system. Your not required to use it at anytime.

While your contemplating these alternatives... Do us a favor by taking a long walk down a extremely short pier.

But then you know how many MSCE's it takes to change a light bulb.

We can do a "Strangers On A Train" scenario. I take care of the Windows 10 people, and you get the ios 9 folks.
