ok i asked this before but his mom is working on a way and im afraid she might take me to court heres what happend

my bro wanted to go to a sci fi convention (hes 9) but mom couldnt take him so i had to, anyway we get there and he takes me to a tv where they are showing star wars and then we watched it for a while and this guy next to me says "pfft (something about which movie was better) dont you agree" he asks me, and i say i never seen this before not star wars not star trek etc etc and then he starts freaking out and then he tries to summarize everything for me and try to get me excited after 15 minutes of him talking about the force and lukes passage of good and evil and he goes ooooon and onnnn and i ask him POLITELY ok i dont really care for it so please stop talking to me about it and he just keeps talking over me going on and i tell him POLITELY dude seriously i dont like this kind of stuff and then he keeps talking over me and i tell him a third time POLITELY dude i dont care and he grabs my mouth shut and keeps going on so i grab his arm and pull it down his hand off (this is the part where i get mad because he 1 he heard me but decided to talk OVER MY VOICE me and 2 he was grabbing my mouth shut and i couldnt find my carmex for like 3 days and he made a part of my lip bleed by grabbing it so tight) and say "look you little !@#$ i dont give a !@#$ about your sci fi stuff im not gonna be one of you and if you ever touch me again you will get some trouble now go back to your geek stuff!!!" and he starts freaking about swinging his arm all over the place saying stuff about jedis and the force and then he starts swinging towards me but since he was making me laugh i didnt fight back i just dodge his swings i did not touch him and after like 6 swings he drops and has a seizure...

Sounds like he could be charged with Battery himself. If they decide to sue in a civil trial. You could counter-sue. If this story is the truth you will be fine.

Lol! No you could sue him. If he tried to sue you he'ed fail with getting sued himself. Thats great! now i wanna go to a scifi convention just to have a good laugh!
