No, it's not illegal for them to block their phone #'s. You can however block their calls by getting on the national no call list &/or getting a privacy manager for your home phone. Call your phone company about it, it makes whoever is calling you ID themselves if their # is blocked.

TO me, pretty much it's so so because the tela marketer's either have illegial or legal reasons, pretty much it depends on what tht reason is and has the law been passed down for it.

No laws saying they can't. But there is a law preventing them from calling you if you are on the national do not call list.

no law passed saying they cant. write to your state government, and check. or even try the fedearl government. most likely it deals with state level though.
