Recently terminated yet they have incorrect dates in document?

I was recently terminated for job performance issues that my director made a big issue out of that are actually minor.

If they have that I called in sick on April 6 on the document and I can prove that I was at work that day. Will the judge see this as incorrect documentation or some other legal term. They do have the correct date in other documents I was written up in. Yet for the one they issued to me for my termination. They have about two incorrect dates and I can prove I was at work those days.

It will be apart of a grievance hearing. So I do not know the judge yet

Judge? What judge? Its not a criminal offense to fire some one
