This person was very unclear in his testimony in several places in my transcript.........I often wonder if this was what happened when he spoke to the police...........If he was just unclear and they did'nt understand him. I do'nt feel comfortable talking to this individual myself.........What do I do? Can I get a private detective to speak to him and it be able to hold up on court?
