Your injuries should be covered by worker's Compensation, there is no need to waste money on lawyers

If you work for the trucking company workers compensation will cover it. In most states you would have to prove gross negligence to get any more than the workers compensation laws allow.

If this is a truck you rent or lease from the trucking company you will need to have a lawyer look over your contract with them.

If you are injured by a truck owned by a trucking company and you were in another truck, yes you can sue the hell out of them.

You would have to prove that they were at fault, negligent or reckless for example by not having it serviced regularly or issuing the drivers with safety checks they should carry out before driving. Sounds like there may have been a mechanic or tyre fitter somewhere who didn't do the wheel nuts up properly...their company might be liable rather than yours.

Sure you can, just be ready to prove your damages via medical bills.

No medical bills, no damages.

Workman's comp is only a temporary fix, if you're truly injured and have substantial damages, consult a lawyer.

Auto insurance kicks in before anything else, you collect as much as you can from the auto insurance then you go after the employer. Forget workman's comp

maybe, cause you should have shown due diligence by completely inspecting the vehicle before you left to drive it.

Probably. Talk to a lawyer.
