Anything goes in Mass, if the female is 16? Oral sex or any acts? The LEGAL age is 16 so this means that if both parties willing, anything can occur? Help !
any official websites which also may help?

In general...Yes.

Specifically...no. There are many jurisdictions that make specific sex acts illegal before 21 (if ever)...anal being one.

Good Luck!

EDIT: as someone else posted, and two people stupidly gave thumbs down to... Taking pictures of your partner in a "compromising position" if (s)he is under 18 is still Kiddie Porn, and even if you never show it to anyone else, still prosecuteable.

You are correct, but usually if a child is under 18, even though the age of consent is 16, there is still a 2 or 3 age difference that must be met. For instance, if you are 16, you can have sex with anyone 16-19.

Massachusetts is one of 8 states that have different ages of consent for men and women. The age of consent in Massachusetts is 16 for women and 18 for men. This is the age at which a person may consent to heterosexual sex with a partner over the age of 21. Massachusetts has no valid statute that specifically addressed the age of consent for homosexual relations.

Under the Massachusetts age of consent laws, the standard is higher when one partner holds a position of power over the other, such as an employer, teacher or a member of the clergy. In those cases, the age of consent is often 18 and may even be 21. In cases where a partner is mentally retarded or mentally ill, they may be ruled incompetent to give consent, regardless of age.

Trust me i researched this a lot and here's the thing once your 16 your can do what ever with whom ever with out parental consent for the age up to 3 years so if your 16 there highest you can go is 19 without parental consent when your 17 its still the same they have to be 19 but with parental consent you can do what ever

If the age of consent is 16, then yes. Anything goes so long as both parties are willing participants.

Use protection.

What about parents responsibility? What about parents teaching their kids? Massachusetts is still largely puritan. Did you know that? It's not like the south where they are actually more liberal. MA is a pretty conservative state as far as sex goes.

edit: So what I'm saying is that the law doesn't mean much because the code of behavior is pretty strict.
