Dinakaran (Madurai) Daily office burnt down case?

By not going for re-appealing, is it not meant that all the accused are not involved in the case? If so, why the case handed over to CBI for inquiry?
If the Govt felt that the accused are ignorant, then why they filed the case on them. In the first instance itself, they should have been released.
Then can we come to the conclusion that the 3 (Three) Madurai Dinakaran Daily employees set themselves ablaze(immolation) as well as set their office on fire without any reason??

WHY THE MEDIA WHO MADE A HUE AND CRY ON THE DAY & UPTO A WEEK WHEN THE EMPLOYEES KILLED AND 'DINAKARAN DAILY OFFICE BURNT DOWN, BECOME SILENT NOW ?? Not even a single newspaper bothered to publish the news. WHAT WENT WRONG WITH THESE MEDIA??

May I know the views of our learned members of Y/A on this issue ???

Fortunately we are all in the same boat as far as this eye wash CBI inquiry is concerned.No Indian party has any values,especially DMK is notorious for their Vattam,Mavattam atrocities in 1970s.Late Kamaraj once aptly said these two parties,DMK and AIADMK, were "Ore Kuttaiyil ooria Mattaikal".

Mr.Karunanidhi is a very shrewed politician,who can defuse any crisis in the party.His acumen is compared with Chanakya.This Madurai mayhem is very deplorable,a family feud,has resulted in three innocent lives ruining their families.Our people just ignore these unjust barbaric activities of Goondas who took the law in their hands and elect them again.It is a open secret that who was the brain behind this Madurai operations.Kannaki burnt Madurai for the Kings fault,Silappathikaram,Kalaingar's favorite epic,says with pride.But what happened to this heinous crime and the culprits are allowed to go scot free under the nose of CM raises many an eye brow.The rank and file of these two parties are always related,so nepotism plays important role which ever party comes to power.I am fed up of these political buffoons who change color and statement so fast.How to get rid of these guys?

You are talking of rules and ethics at a time when people and rulers alike have lost any contact with these and got reconciled to the situation, sir!



When charges were made against Mr Maran's serious lapses as Minister at the Centre by Raja, we wondered how the party chief who sent the nephew to the central post could disown responsibility for the lapse, as if Mr Maran was a third person! He was very much their party men at that time and the role played by him could not have been unknown to the party. But the whole thing was thrown out of the agenda once the family feud was patched up and Mr Maran given a second lease of power at the centre by the same chief.



What about the murder case of Mr Tha Pandiyan ex Minister, in which the CM's son was implicated and the progress of the case suffered obvious fate. So did the Govt Cable scheme that was pushed hurriedly (while such step was resisted by DMK when Jaya was the chief, by lobbying at the Governor''s office) to annoy the Marans..!



The cable operators who opted for the Govt Cable were left in the lurch when the family feud of the first family was resolved. so did the Dinakaran office case also was left out for the same reason.



The media is highly pathetic. Their management is either mortally afraid of the power of the rulers to create problems or to risk the cut in the Ads / bounty of income / bribe that would accrue if the govt is kept in good humour.



There is no ethics in DMK any more, just as in Congress or even the BJP - all rotten groups of hounds hankering for power and pelf. The local Congress members and the Centre are also helping DMK in all their unethical activities. What can you expect from a centre that itself misuses the CBI to threaten opponents like Maya and Mulayam or even our own CM - through he CBI raids in Raja's office - to serve its own ends! You know how the chief of Vigilance and Anti Corruption who was raiding popular corrupt offices like the RTO was shifted to powerless post by the state govt..! Do you expect any good from these guys?!



We are virtually ruled by villians and criminals and an equally irresponsible / spineless / selfish media, wherefore it is fruitless to expect any ethical content in their activities!

The similar incident happened during the jayalalitha arrest. 3 innocent college girls were burnt cruely, and judgement was given only the last year and now that judgement also in pending! Then, this dinakaran matter also everyone knows the culprts but no use. We dont have the guts to stop anything.

Edit: hello bull, I want to make you clear one point,I M NOT BELONGS TO ANY PARTY WHEREAS YOU BELONGS TO J....I NO NEED TO SUPPORT ANY ONE AS LIKE YOU(you support your party),I am a common man, according to me, both the incidents have to be punished heavily, i no need to bother about whether the case is under CBI OR FBI, both the parties are worst in this matter also. So,I JUST condemn both the parties and thats it! If you want only the supportive answer for your side, please mention in your question itself that I dont want balanced answers and I will try to follow that..all humans and thier life are equal important to me.if some one killed during d...k period, I no need to over react similarly if some one killed in A...k period, I no need to give over weight to thier side, I just mentioned the cruelity of both the parties and thats it. If you cant tolerate if say the truth about your party side, then why you are excepting the truth from politicians alone??? Surely,both the parties are worst and no one is better than other. I know that you already you reported this answer and I no need to bother about that. K if you really worrying about madurai murders then why do you not worry about that 3 innocent girls and thier results? If you are really interested in society, then why did you say that case is different and this case is different etc etc? All are humans only, why do you see it in partiallity mind? I seem to go with both Poondi and Ranjith. while Ranjith had blamed both DMK and ADMK, Poondi had even included BJP whom he normally looks with sympathy. Yes, all political outfits are worst.



People know the background in which the Dinakaran staff murder case was given the slip, or the murder case of ex Minister Pandiyan was dealt, or the twists and turns that Mr Aladi Aruna murder case suffered, till finally the known culprit was booked.. etc etc in DMK regime, as much the background in which Kanchi pontiff was implicated in J's regime or the efforts to shield the culprits of Dharmapuri bus burning case.. etc. The Congress is chasing Maya and Mulayam off and on, to restrain their political grit while turning deaf ear to the gross corruption of Raja or Baalu dealt elaborately in the media and the opposition..



If that is the case with political crimes, the fate of average individuals in the hands of the police are naturally worse. The Jessica murder case, the Arushi case.. etc., involving influential families indulging in crimes are coming to light only due to media who would not have guts to remind the political crimes often. The fate of unreported atrocities of the influential ones could be still worse.



The case of the VAC chief unceremoniously transferred at the peak of his best performance to clean up the corrupt depts - cited by Poondi - should expose the true colours of the rulers who want only corrupt depts as they would comply with all unholy demands of the ruling party men. Where then would you find any trace of justice in this din of satanism in full play ?
