thursday march 19th 2020 in Pennsylvania, i went to go throw away my garbage outside in the dumpster I saw a friend so my friend and I went to the dumpster. In doing so my life coach happened to be outside of a restaurant near by (off the clock). My friend said "hi (life coach name)" My friend an I continued walking back to the shelter. On my way back to the 40 steps that lead to this shelter, the life coach trails behind me. She asks "wheres the baby?" I reply "on my chest in his carrier" after getting to the top of the steps the life coach called c.p.s. hotline (child protective services) (the c.p.s. supervisor) she called and said "hi my names so an so I work for the p.i.c.u. unit (personal intake chrisit unit) i have a resident here in our homeless shelter, I'm off the clock, and i saw her walking downtown with another person, and she has left her 3 month old in her room unattended" the police show up, they try an get information out of me. I remained silent majority of the time. Then a child protective service agent showed up. The police told me to call a relative where my child and I can go. My child and I have been residing with my aunt ever since march 13 2020. c.p.s. worker came to my aunts march 14th. c.p.s called my aunt and i about a "service plan" march 15th. I have not signed any c.p.s. paperwork nor have i heard back from the police office about the investigation. Did the life coach trespass? She was off the clock....

C.P.S. is never off the clock and they never trasspass. You should be glad they're offering a service plann instead of foster care. You sound like you're not very mature. Are you a teenage mom? If you decided to keep the baby you realize you have to give up everything you did in the past and devote EVERYTHING, EVERY MINUTE, ETC., TO RAISING YOUR BABY. It's one of the hardest but, most rewarding jobs you'll ever have. Has C.P.S. offered you parenting classes. They will send some one into your home for that and any other services. You would be wise to call them and see what's going on and let them know you would be willing to accept services and want parenting classes. You were not wise at all not to talk when you were asked questions. You need to ascertain what kind of trouble you may be in and act accordingly. I'm not getting on your case, I'm concerned about your future with this baby. I worked for 25 years in the social services field with 15 of those years with C.P.S. Are you at a shelter or your aunts?I

Believing your story is a good indication you NEED a legal guardian.

I see nothing in your rant that has to do with a guardian!
