Was the video of james foleys beheading fake?

The head shape is not the same, the guy on the right (James Foley) has a more defined face, a thinner neck, the guys head of the left has a much fatter neck, the neck is aligned with his head vertically, if you see james foley on the right, the neck is thin and is not aligned with the head as the right is.

Is it an excuse to go to war?

How old is the picture? The one on the left we know is recent, but how old is the one on the right? It could be a few years old, and some features will be different. But if you look at other features of his face, they are the same. So I'm confident that the two pictures are of the same person.

The video was not fake, but the voice was a voice over not the actual live recording.
