EDIT: Don't bash Clinton! He eliminated the deficit, and we had a surplus for a short time. All the while we survived and the economy was good. Bush blew it. He saddled us with that deficit. what's it up to? Eight TRILLION plus? Who's paying for the Iraq war? Who's paying to rebuild the place? Where is the Iraqi oil money? They are selling oil. Where do you think that money is going? Hmmm....

Well, that's the way to do it, otherwise if you were to raise taxes as Clinton did, we'd be back in the poor economy rut again, rather than an upswing. It's really easy economics. However, most people don't agree, and it won't happen. So the deficit, will continue to be large...
