I'm 15, having personal issues, I don't think I have a Medicare card or one that has my name on it, I need to visit the family planing clinic (confidentially) but I don't have a Medicare card
Can I use it without them being notified of any doctor appointments? Can't use it if it doesn't have my name on it or??
Please answer
If not where and how can I get my own Medicare card fast!

No you cannot use it.

If you are eligible for it, your parent or legal guardian applies for the card, and likely they have possession of the card.

You're not allowed to do that.

You need to tell your boyfriend to man up and pay for the "family planning".

Depending on what state you're in, they probably have to get your parents to sign a consent form anyway, so figure that out first and if so just go tell your parents the situation.

No, since Medicare is for people over 65.
