To my shock, my manager said "Choose a servant that is not lesbians!!!" to me in a restaurant. In my culture it's offensive to talk about lesbians.
Do I have the right to sue him if:
1- He knows it's a taboo in my culture to talk about that
2- He does not know it's a taboo
Thanks

Well you are not in your country, you are in this country and so we follow and obey our laws not yours
You don't like it here then I have a suggestion for you, go back where you came from
I think your a TROLL anyway as you just asked this question 5 minutes ago and now all of a sudden you have added stuff to it in hopes of getting more reaction

You have no right to sue because you claim something is 'taboo', whether the person knows it or not.

You want to sue a christian man in a christian society where lesbians are forbidden? Goodluck.

he is not part of your culture, you cannot expect everyone to conform to your culture, they have their own culture.
