In California,

If you are charged and convicted of a 14601.2, driving on a suspended license, you will server a state statutory mandatory 10 days in jail.

In addition, you are likely on probation from your prior DUI and you're looking at a possible probation violation and jail time.

An option for you is to hire an experienced DUI attorney who can hopefully negotiate the driving on a suspended license to some other charge that does not require jail time as well as deal with your probation violation.

I have had experience deal with such cases before and if you would like to speak to an experienced DUI attorney free of charge, call 877-717-2889. I'm available to speak to you today and this evening.

you may have a fine and possibly a short stay in jail. My advice is to get an attorney as soon as possible.
