is joining a beastiality site illegal?

i have a friends who i am very worried about. one day on his comuputer i found links to beastiality sites. he said dont worry its nothing illegal. i however think he might be wrong. i know the act of beastiality is wrong but is joining a site and watching it illegal. either way i think its wrong but i am worried about himgetting into serious trouble please help

It depends on what exactly the porn is. There is no blanket ban on bestiality porn. Rather, it would be scrutinized under the Miller Test for obscenity.

Beastiality seems to be getting pretty popular. I have friends that have watched it too. It might be illegal in your state but even if it is i doubt he'll get into any trouble. The feds have better things to do than arrest someone for watching another person getting ****** by a donkey. :)

It depends on where he lives and what exactly the content of the site is. If the site contains actual videos or pictures of it happening, then the site is illegal and it may or may not be illegal for him to view the site, depending on the laws where he lives. If the site just talks about it, then the site is not illegal.
