Most everyone has heard the "wanted dead or alive" bounty on George Zimmerman by the New Black Panther Party. So many people claim it's illegal. If so, why is there nothing being done to arrest and charge this group? I would think this would be considered a Federal crime. Would it not be a considered a conspiracy to commit a crime across many State borders? Who's duty is it to investigate? Eric Holders people? What's the recourse if those that should be investigating choose not to? I obviously no nothing about the law, but I know when something sounds illegal.

It is illegal. Don't be fooled into thinking otherwise. The Dept of Justice is aware of the bounty.

Placing a 'bounty; is illegal because it is conspiracy to commit a crime. The problem with your logic is that the 'New Black Panther Party' does not exist as a known, identifiable group. It could be one whack job with a computer, and tracking someone like that down is not worth the time or effort needed. It is not a serious threat to anyone.

Because it isn't illegal, whatever you may have heard "many people" saying.....all that shows is that "many people" are stupid!

In the United States, bounty hunters catch about 31,500 bail jumpers per year, about 90% of people who jump bail, and are paid well for their services....often by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT...

For you to imagine "this would be considered a Federal crime" makes you look a bit, well, dumb!

But you are indeed correct, you OBVIOUSLY know nothing about the Law!

The component to section 4 you have gotten neglected is "approved via regulation". The president has no authority to strengthen the debt ceiling on his very own. it is something that needs to be worked out in congress (section 5). It additionally supplies the government the criminal accountability "for value of pensions and bounties for centers in suppressing revolt or revolt". Idle threats via the president that he won't be able to assure money for social protection or protection stress workers is something that he's not in my opinion approved to circumvent besides. they are going to easily could decrease the fat someplace else if something isn't resolved quickly. We took in extra federal taxes throughout the time of the Bush years than ever till now, and the Democrats (who criticized him) are over spending that via 50% (seventy 5% extra desirable than present day sales via financial melancholy). that won't be able to proceed and human beings are ultimately understanding it. the homestead has carried out no longer something incorrect, they are in simple terms attempting to get a handle on destiny wild out of control spending on issues that don't help the country.
