Okay, so i traded a guy some shoes for his shoes and he says that mine are actually fake shoes made in china that look like the real Nike ones and he said he is calling the cops, can he actually call the cops? Is it illegal what i did? He sai i give them back or he calls the cops but i dont HAVE to give them back, so is that illegal?

He can contact the police. IF he does, they are most likely to tell him it is a civil matter and they can't get involved. More likely he is trying to scam you and would RUN if you contacted the police.

Also note: Even if the shoes you gave him WERE knock offs, he would only have a case is you stated they were Nike shoes.

He in all probability won't even call the law enforcement officials, if he does then he's an fool. The law enforcement officials won't do something approximately it, it relatively is his fault for identifying to purchase and merchandising the shoes and the venture should not be considerable to them.
