I got a ticket and it said to pay it with a money order. I got the money order but my ticket does not say who to write it out to. Do i write it out to the judge or the name of the court?

The name of the court will work. Be sure to write your citation number on it.

Do NOT write it out to the judge. Do anything but that. Someone could misinterpret that as a bribe.

The name of the court. Where I live in Michigan it would be "The 5th District Court of Michigan"

The court and be sure ot include the ticket

The ticket will tell you who to make it out to and the address to mail it

Send it certified mail/return receipt so you have proof the court clerk received it
