I bought a car last 2009 and was repo'd year 2011. A lawsuit was filed against me and was told that if I would like to make payment arrangements, I should call the credit company. Now here is the problem...

I am 6 months pregnant, only working 6 hours every other day, paying for rent and all other bills and won't be able to squeeze in monthly payments for the repo'd car. My question is, should I call the credit company itself and explain my situation and have monthly payments moved/start on February, since I will be back to work then from maternity leave with regular hours, or contest to the court and explain my situation?

Yes, that is what they told you. To call the credit card company and make arrangements.

Since the car was repossessed, you don't owe anything now. Someone is trying to scam you. Don't fall for it.
