Question:
If someone refuses to let me retrieve my property, do I have any legal rights in getting it back?

I have a lot of stuff at my mother's house (I recently moved) and her and my step-father are refusing to let me in to retrieve my things. I have written various e-mails with a list of items I need and given them a week to comply and they respond by telling me I am not allowed on their property. Legally, do I have any rights to getting my things back? I have a key to the house and mail with the address and its the same address on my driver's license. Help!

take them to small claims court

that being said, if you owe them any money, the court may not rule in your favor

Although a breakup with a boyfriend or with a girlfriend can be really depressing, it does not need to mean that the relationship is over. Even if the breakup should suddenly leave you feeling confusion and loneliness, you may still feel really eager to heal the wounds and jump right back in to that relationship with your ex. If you are asking yourself "How can I get my ex back?", then there are some things you need to know. If you learn how to react following a break up, and you become aware of how not to strain the relationship even further, then getting ex back will be easier than ever.

If you're wondering, can I get my ex boy friend back by pretending to be this way or that way? Then you have to wonder why you want to be back with him anyway. You might be better off finding someone who doesn't make you need to pretend.

Well, there's no guarantee you'll get back together, but the odds tilt more and more in your favor when you do things right. Show her how much you miss her, and how sorry you are. Just pay attention to what she does. If your gestures of sorrow only make her angry-she throws away the roses or something dramatic like that, for example-change your tactics until you find that something she responds to.

If it appears she/he is moved on, still send her/him a card you wrote just wishing her/him a great week. But don't look as if you have any expectations. Your thoughtfulness might really impress them.

"What should I do to get my ex back?" Be on your best behavior and make your ex remember what drew them to you in the first place. They'll remember your good points and will miss them. Then you'll have a better chance of being able to get back together with your ex.

These are just the beginning steps in winning your Ex back. They are the initial steps I followed when I lost the love of my life. And frankly these aren't my original ideas. I turned when I had no idea of how to get my true love back.

Still feeling hopeless and frustrated? Want to get back together as soon as possible - maybe TODAY even?

The first step in getting back with your ex is understanding why the heck you broke up in the first place. Believe it or not, some people are clueless when it comes to this one thing. And the reason they're clueless is because it is so hard to look at yourself and your own faults. Everything that goes wrong in a relationship is always the other person's fault. We're perfect. It's they who screwed up. Well, news flash...we all screw up when it comes to relationships. Nobody is perfect. So the first thing you need to do is objectively look at why the relationship went sour.

On the next page you will find a set of techniques that are guaranteed to make your ex come begging you to take them back.

If it's your property, then they legally have to allow you to have it back. They do not have to allow you into their property to collect it - they could, for instance, send it on to you or allow you to pick it up from somewhere else - but they do have to allow you to collect it.

Try to speak reasonably to them - do not make demands on the method by which your property is returned, but do politely make it clear that they must give it back to you. You can then, if they refuse, take the matter to small claims court.

Ignore the house key, or even volunteer to give it back to them. It's clear they don't want you in their house any more, and if you enter it you will technically be trespassing. Change your mail address to your new address - as quickly as possible - and update the address on your driving licence.

A great way to get your ex back is https://tr.im/IdsI5

They might realize they need you and come crawling back!

If you do get back together, don't let the same issues that destroyed your relationship crop up again. Have a good, long talk about how you're both going to make it right this time.

Getting your ex back is in the realm of possibility only if you play the game well without getting too sentimental. Here is how you can do that without your ex getting an inkling of what strings or tricks you pulled off.

Answer the question "Why"

Before you begin your quest to get your ex back you will have to first answer the question why you want your ex back. Is it because your ego has taken a beating or do you truly love him/her that you cannot imagine a life without him/her. If you want your ex for the latter then you can go ahead with your plan.

Assess your real feelings

The next thing that you need to do is make sure you want him/her for the right reasons. Do you want your ex for his/her money or is it that you miss the sex. Both these things are superficial and temporary and you will have to proceed only if you feel that you are emotionally connected to your ex.

Begin the process of moving on

Once you have answered the above two questions and are convinced that you want your ex for the right reasons then you will have to pretend that you are beginning to move on in life. You have to keep your agenda a secret. Not even your best friend should know what is going on in your mind.

Keep the contact to a minimum

You will have to keep in touch with him/her sporadically. This is because you still want to figure in his/her thoughts. Be civil whenever you meet and keep the conversation polite without a hint of bitterness or guilt.

Remind your ex of the good times

Once in a while remind him/her of your thoughtfulness by wishing them on important days in your signature style. If you used to call your ex on the stroke of midnight on their birthdays/Christmas or on New Year's Eve then do that even now. This will remind your ex of the good old times.

Start bonding all over again

Slowly your ex will begin to warm up to you and the awkwardness that existed between the two of you will begin to melt. This is the chance you are waiting for. Now capitalize on the newfound camaraderie and begin to bond with him/her once again. This will be longest phase in your quest for getting him/her back.

Seek a second chance

Only when you are sure that your ex will not say no should you indirectly ask your ex for a second chance. You could say that you messed up and if given a chance you would do things differently this time around. This will give your ex the nudge required and he/she will start thinking on those lines once again.

Pay Close Attention Here-

Now listen carefully! Take 2 minutes to read the next page and you'll discover a stunning trick which will have your ex begging you to take them back. There is a set of easy to follow psychological tricks which will make your ex crawl back to you within a few days guaranteed. I strongly urge you to read everything on the next page before it's too late and time runs out

Who paid for them? How old are you? You probably have no legal right to get stuff back from your parents, who I'm guessing are mad at you for some reason or another.

I have a shop that and an ex friend have filled with race car parts. The so called friend stole money from me that I hidden in the shop and admitted it and returned it to me in front of the sheriff. He has no proof any of the parts are his and is treating to sue me to get them back.

tell them to stop being a pair of pricks, and that the law is on your side, especially if the house is your permanent address. Best thing tho, if you do want to get is take the police with you, your folks cant stop you.

Any problems, give me a buzz!

yes you have the right to do so..but to do it the mature way, go to sheriff office and ask an officer to come with you to allow you to do so..just to be on the sage side...plus legally thats your home if its on your drivers liscense...so if they call the cops on you if you just walk into their house, the cops would just show up there and look at them like their nuts, and then tell you to just get your stuff...its pretty simple. good luck:)

Call the police its definately illegal. You'll need to be escorted though i believe

file a civil complaint with the court. hash it out in court then the court can order that a police officer escort you to get your things.
