Remove the password to your wireless router, or claim it's easily hackable and that someone else must have used your wifi to torrent.

Shred with a file shredder program all your torrents and pirated files, uninstall bitorrent and shred free space.

If possible, hide the computer you used to torrent. At a friends house, if they raid your computers they won't know how many you have, and a mac address that doesn't belong to a computer in your house that's pirating stuff really helps.

I think you mean divulge (reveal) your information. Sounds like you've been doing some illegal downloading. They are getting very strict about this. I hope this was a letter and not just an email. If it's just an email, I'd be very, very suspicious of it being some sort of scam to get your details.

If it's a real letter from your ISP, you need to get some legal advice, pronto.
