What should I do about this situation? I had a brain tumour removed when I was 16 years old and ever since then I've made a lot of stuiped mistakes. When I was 18 I didn't have a job because my mother (who told me I was a piece of **** everyday) would not give me the 5 cents that I needed to print my resume off my home computer. When I was 19, I was in the states vacationing with my cousin. When I was 20, my father wanted me to go to china for 4 months to learn social skills because someone filed a false police report against me and and ruined my reputation at school through slander. When I was 21 my mother forced me to work as an engineer when I was an english major in university and I did absolutely nothign at work for 8 hours a day because I wasn't qualified for the job. The boss never fired me because I was in a high position. So there I was 22 years old with no work experience and no education. My father forced me to lie and say I have an intellectual disability so that I can get special placement in jobs through employment access for people with disabilities. And then I wasn't doing well at my job as a secretary because I was making a lot of stuiped mistakes at work. I told my case manager (Mario who hates me) that my mother told me I was a peice of **** everyday and I wanted to quit my job because my father was too involved with my life. I wanted to move otu of the house and go somewhere where he could not find me, did not know my boss or my work number, where I didn't need him to give me a ride to work. Then My father hid my resume and cover letter because he was afraid I would quit my job and try to find employment elsewhere and he slapped me when I asked him for my resume. HE says I'm too stuiped to find a job and I should be glad I found someone whose crazy enough to hire me. Then I called the employment access for people with disabilites, I told them that my father hid my resume and cover letter and I wanted to find a job before I get fired from my current posiiton because if I don't my father will force me to collect disability from the government and then I can never go to univeristy.

This is really complicated but committing fraud is a criminal offence with a custodial sentence. I would seek professional advice as soon as possible and get away from your evil parents. On the bright side, you are not a piece of ****. You are a wonderful human being and you should tell yourself this everyday. Be positive. Hold your head up and smile, don't let people grind you down. Look ahead to the future and give yourself some targets to aim for. Make up another resume it's not hard. Even if you get a job waiting tables it is a job you have got yourself so be proud. When you have got some work experience behind you start to seek other employment, go to night school to get qualifications. You are young and still able to better your self. Stay strong and positive.

Although your parents dont sound like they have been too loving or supportive, the fact remains that its very possible you do have some learning disabilities. You cannot just 'claim' such disabilities for better job placements. You have to have proof, doctor documentation, etc., in order to get such things. My own son has learning disabilities so I know that any special treatment is not handed down on just my word alone.

That said, your problem is a little difficult to answer since there is the possibility that either your father and/or mother have some legalities over you that allow them to make decisions for you because of any such disabilities. Im truly sorry your parents are not giving you the support you would like/deserve since it seems that you actually want to go to school and they are just looking for the easy way in for you. If you dont have any additional family members who can help you out of this, then your only recourse is your case manager or even his supervisor if you dont feel that Mario is very helpful to you.

Good luck to you.

Well, you could have a cluster of disorders. First factor you will have to do is touch the pinnacle of the company. If this can be a govt company, touch the federal government liable of administering it. Or, if this can be a non benefit institution, threaten to jot down a letter to their board of administrators approximately the predicament. Regarding incapacity, it relatively turns out as when you have one. You very good will have an highbrow incapacity. Your satisfactory guess might pass and get established. Contacted whatever known as "Vocational Rehabilitation" and ask if you'll be established for offerings. You very good might qualify for incapacity. Regarding your father and disorders, search official aid from a counselor.
