I am having issues with Xbox not letting me remove a CC from my account. I have been trying for about 9 days now, i've called Xbox and all that **** and they still refuse to let me cancel or revert my account to silver. They claim that the system is automated and will continue trying to charge my card for about 45 days, no matter how many times i don't let the payment go through. The catch with "Auto Renewal" is that it WILL NOT let you remove a credit card from an "existing Live Gold account" even if the balance is paid, therefore you cant revert to "Silver", and if you cant revert you cant remove the card. See the circle, they obviously thought about that for a while, clever, but i don't just blindly accept charges to my card. (Crazy right?) So the other big catch is that if i have a credit card linked to my account i cant "Redeem Codes" from the "Live" card that i bought with cold cash. Anyway i know its a long shot but im looking to join a Class Action Lawsuit against Microsoft/Xbox's billing methods, i know im not the only person wanting to take action against this BS, Thank You.

P.S. If you think this is stupid or whatever word comes to mind, just Google "Xbox Class Action" and you will see what other reasons people are suing them for, including some ridiculous accusations.

As a Christian I say don't join 8 track... I'm scratching my head over what this elected Senator is doing since he is an atheist and so he knows that God does not exist. How can he blame a non existent being for creating the havoc he claims? Okaaayyy well any how he's costing his constituents tax money. I don't know if he will be reelected or not. My vote is this case will be dropped with no defense lawyer because of the premise of his ideology is insufficient cause. Or am I missing a link somewhere in my thinking?. .

You can either find a class action lawsuit in progress and become a member of the class, or you can get an attorney and file one yourself.
