I have been having selling privilege with Amazon and they allowed me to sell Acrobat X Professional version. I worked as a retailer and has been doing this for more than 2 years. And I never have any problem with my customers and I have made more than 200 orders selling the same items. I have alot of positive feedback, no AtoZ Claim or chargeback so far.

Amazon claimed that I was selling bootleg or OEM or academic version when in fact I wasn't I knew I have it in my hand and I was shipping to my customers and it wasn't.

Was why Amazon ripping me off? And what can I do to get my money released sooner?

It sounds like a scam to me. It's illegal for Amazon to hold your money unless there is an amount to cover existing buyer's dispute. If you don't have any, then Amazon is breaking the law for holding your money whether it be for 14 days, 30 days or 90 days. Credit Card companies and merchant services are not allowed to do that other than to cover existing disputes or chargeback.

As for selling Acrobat X Pro version, did Amazon included in the product listings what license type was included? Be aware that there is Education and Standard License. They are the same product except the price between them and the only different is that the education license cannot be resold or used for commercial purpose. But It work the same as a full retail version and that's not the same as academic or student/teacher edition. I'm pretty sure amazon wasn't aware of that before allowing you or anyone to sell Acrobat prior to that. And more importantly, if Amazon doesn't allow selling OEM or academic versions, then why would it be on Amazon and customers can buy OEM and academic versions anyway? I'm sorry this happened to you but don't worry. Alot of people have being suspended as well.

As what you can do, I would appeal with that decision, but I agree that they would most likely ignore it.

You need to stay away from Amazon. They will rip you off and take cheapshot at you as a seller. That's how they do business with people like you and they are taking advantage of you and your money. Why would you want that if you only care about making money and you have your own business? You need to think again about that. You don't need Amazon or eBay to make money. All you need is a merchant account, and your own website to make money. Your website will become popular and you will be able to make money. And the advantages of doing that is that you are in full control of your own business and you have greater protection and you have your own policy regarding your customer's agreement to purchase and order at your website.

Two simple questions:

1. Where were you getting your product?

2. Were you selling the correct product in the right geography? (cannot cross-sell regions)

If it was legitimate, authentic, and the full commercial software product from the correct geography, then maybe Adobe could help you

If not, then nobody could help you

I completely agree one hundred%. the international has grew to become into cowards protecting for Muslim. the international is doing public family for the Muslim community using fact they have not got any tolerance what so ever, so as which potential we could desire to constantly be much greater tolerant. How does a terrorist combat? they try by utilising worry and terror. they could no longer have gained in terms of inflicting causalties or mass destruction, yet they have gained the psychological war in convincing the international that the consequence of critisizing Muslim is merely too large - and subsequently the Muslim community could "condemn" the terrorist, yet in addition use them as leverage in the back of their returned. (occasion, do no longer burn Qur'ans using fact "this could incite violence." - Muslim leaders) If the international is affraid to stand as much as a minimum of a few thing using worry, than the terrorist have already gained.

If they are that adamant, you are screwed to be honest. YOu can try to appeal it, but odds are the Amazon Gods will not favor your request.

It's easy enough for them to track serial numbers. Maybe your wholesaler was lying to you.
