Recently, there have been cases (not only in our shop) of parties (as in people/ customers) displaying negative behaviour: such as refusal to pay.
We would like to put up a sign stating that we "reserve the right to refuse service" to those who display negative behaviour/ practice (like the above) so that our customers are aware of this
* Does this correspond to the current UK law?
* Is it this the correct wording to use for the sign? ("We reserve the right to refuse service"/ "The management of this establishment reserves the right to refuse service")
* (Though I hope we do not ever need to,) if such events occur that we do have to refuse service; do we have to state the reason?
Thank you for your answers in advance ^^
