2 BIG brothers,an uncle, your mom and dad and a shovel. LMAO No really, you should contact your local child support office. They should be able to help you. I dont think you have to have a lawyer to start the proceedings.

Contact your local county social services, they may help to begin to file or they may direct you to the county Judaical district(the CSE-child support enforcement agency). You don't need a lawyer to receive support for your child. I only paid for the application fee in Colo. which was $20. Good luck.

Sigh, Honestly if you want to make sure you get what your child deserves, see a lawyer. They could swear up and down that they'll pay but in the future there's nothing to hold them to it. Good luck.

Go to the county welfare dept or call childrens services they have case workers that run down scufflaws and make them pay... then go to court with a report from them and a case aide when you go into welfare ask for an official case aide to guide you through the process my dad owes me about 15,000 from 1960 till 1976

Go to your DSS site. For example, I live in VA, view this info then look it up for your own state. Good luck honey!!
