It should be a member of "a" protected class and no, there's no tangible class structure in the USA, but there are very clear ethnic divisions and social protections which go along with that. It's not a class system, so whoever or wherever threw that question out needs to examine a society with a clear class system, such as Indian caste or even the British classes!.

secure visibility modifier to a fashion or datamember in a base classification is used to regulate get admission to to those approaches the two by using products belonging to the backside classification or products of the classification derived from the backside classification. It prevents different products from having access to those secure datamembers or approaches. ---------------- rationalization ---------------- assume we've a classification A from which we derive a classification B and from B we derive classC. additionally assume that we've a separate classification D unconnected to A, B or C in case you outline a fashion or a datamember of sophistication A as secure, you're making valuable that those datamembers or approaches may be accessed by using products belonging to classA or ClassB or classification C. and not by using D. in case you declare a fashion in school A as public, then this technique may be accessed by using products of A or B or C or D. in case you declare a fashion in school A as inner maximum, then basically once you're interior classification A, you would be waiting to get admission to it. products of B,C,D can not get admission to it.

Apply to college with a substandard SAT. If you're admitted, then you're a member of a protected class. If you get a scholarship offer to boot, then you're certainly in a protected class.
