I just feel that eBay was nice at the beginning (1995-2001) but now (2011) I think this auction site has lost its soul. I hear that eBay are just greedy, corrupt, with no human decency and moral character.

How do you feel about eBay.?
I made a video and posted it on Youtube so it can become a better place. Knowing this,

I want to know if is ethical and morally correct to present them with my idea below?

eBay already has a wanted section. It has not proven to be very popular. http://pages.ebay.com/wantitnow/

And the others are correct: your video is long and boring.

Believe me! if it would do any good, I would walk it over to them and plonk it on the Presidents desk!

You are absolutely right! It used to be a good place to sell my stuff, but in the last few years, the big businesses are jumping on the wagon, cos it's cheaper to advertise on ebay than in a newspaer or on TV! And their stuff is seen all over the world! What I hate about it is! The majority of the the items being sold have a BUY IT NOW tag them! Now, that to me, isn't an auction! Half the fun of auctions is bidding for what ever you want and winning it!!! There is no fun in BUYING IT NOW! Besides! why wait for an item to be mailed to you when you can go out, and probably get it cheaper in a regular store AND NOT have to leave a feedback, and then have to fight t get your money back if the item is broken, or in some cases, never shows up!! It is nothing but greed! I even called the Post Office and asked if they knew Ebay and PayPal charge the seller 11.9% fee on the shipping charges alone! and they don't even lift a finger to do the mailing! Incredibily, the USPS said they KNEW Ebay and PayPal were doing that, and I asked the woman, aren't they screwing YOU too? The Government is always telling us how broke they are, so why is te Post Office letting them get away with this, but from this woman's reply, the PO doesn't seem to care!!

I tried watching that video, but really, it's incredibly slow and boring. At about the two minute mark, you added in bad singing.

Nobody is going to want to sit through a poorly made video. Especially not one that is this long. Write up a proposal, and it shouldn't be longer than two pages. DON'T make a video of it. Some people read that slowly, but most successful people, that is, people who are in management, will read much, much faster. Your video is very repetitive, as well. Get to the POINT.

I wouldn't know if it's a good idea b/c that's a 14 minute video that I'm not prepared to watch.

Perhaps you can leave a synopsis of your idea in the details.

If you have an idea to improve anything in this world, then it would not be unethical to share the idea.

The public will let you know if it's a good idea or not.
